The Rinse Formula: A Heart-Healthy Breakfast Drink

I recently became aware of a health researcher named Jacobus Rinse, Ph.D., who reversed his own case of life-threatening heart disease by developing the drink that I'm providing the recipe for in this article. What is most remarkable about Dr. Rinse's story was that he literally eluded death's grasp for over three decades as a result of this drink.

When he was only in his early 50's, physicians discovered that he had a severe case of cardiovascular disease that was so severe it had wrecked havoc throughout his body. According to his Health Experts, modern medicine had nothing to offer him and they sent him home after telling him that, at best, he had only a few more years to live.

Alarmed by his prognosis, Dr. Rinse decided that he needed to take responsibility for his own health. Being a chemist, he brought his scientific training to bear and began researching whatever information he could find about heart disease. In the course of his research, he found himself increasingly drawn to researching the potential value of nutrition for his condition. The more that he read, the more convinced he became that he might be able to delay his death by using nutritional supplements. Before long, he developed the heart drink that is now known as the Rinse Formula.

Is the Rinse Formula a cure for heart disease? No one is making such a bold claim, yet the fact remains that Dr. Rinse, as a direct result of using his formula, did not die within a few years after being told his heart condition was fatal. Instead, he went on to live a healthy life for over 30 more years, during which time he wrote about his discoveries for both the lay public and the medical profession.

Since he first developed the Rinse Formula approximately 50 years ago, Dr. Rinse's "heart drink" has helped many people around the world safely and effectively improve their own cardiovascular health. Now you can try it too.

The Rinse Formula Recipe The Rinse Formula is easy to make, and you can find all of the ingredients necessary to make it at your local health food store. Here is the recipe:
  • 2-3 tablespoons of lecithin granules
  • 1-2 teaspoons of Brewer's or nutritional yeast (start with the lower amount and gradually increase to the higher dosage as you become accustomed to its taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered calcium (such as such as dolomite powder, calcium gluconate powder, or calcium citrate)
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh wheat germ (be sure to refrigerate wheat germ after using)
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of vitamin C powder
  • 1 capsule natural vitamin E (400 IU or higher)
  • 1 vitamin B- complex capsule or tablet

Combine the above ingredients and blend into eight ounces of fresh juice, such as pineapple or orange juice. Drink it and take the vitamin E and B-complex capsules at the same time, ideally in the morning to start your day. (You can also have another glass before bedtime.)
